HP is to increase the amount of heal, and DEF is to tank physical damage from encounters (as Kinu's defense is pretty bad). Kinu has high enough SPDEF that you don't need it for what you're going to be farming for. Once you have your Kinu, I recommend TV training HP (Saipats in 1st archipelago) and DEF (lapinites/azurocs in 3rd archipelago) aiming for 500 in both. 40+ should be enough any other stats doesn't matter too much, spatk can be useful if needed for Beta Burst. If you can't get 50sv in those stats, try to get as high of SV in those 3. Any Kinu would work fine, but preferably you want a Kinu with the 50sv in HP, DEF and SPDEF.
